ep77 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

📖 1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ep77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of ep77.club and all associated services offered through the platform.
• "You", "Player", "User", "Account Holder" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the ep77 Login page, or otherwise uses any service provided on ep77.club.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on ep77.club that enables access to the platform's services.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products offered on ep77.club, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot titles, Bingo Fishing, Dragon Tiger Luck, and any other product made available by ep77.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback, or other non-cash incentive credited to an account by ep77.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a qualifying payment method such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, or Mastercard.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used for all financial transactions on ep77.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity before processing withdrawals or investigating disputes.

References to any statute or statutory provision include all subordinate legislation made under it. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions. The singular includes the plural and vice versa.

✅ 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an ep77 account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ep77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all users across all product categories. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not accessing ep77.club from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ep77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another ep77 account that was closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

ep77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ep77 may result in account restriction or closure.

🔐 3. Account Management and Security

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active ep77 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, shared IP addresses, or shared devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. ep77 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be closed and any balances held across those accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ep77 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. ep77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available from within your account security settings at no additional cost.

ep77 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from ep77 asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ep77 may, after providing reasonable prior notice to the email address registered on the account, apply an inactivity fee or close the account. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method on record.

💳 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

ep77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ep77 does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered on the platform.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be subject to investigation and potential return. ep77 reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and used for a prior deposit on the same account. Before processing any withdrawal, ep77 may require the completion of full KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to five business days, subject to verification status.

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

🏏 5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ep77 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. General rules applicable across all ep77 Services are set out below.

ep77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where ep77 determines that a bet has been placed as part of a prohibited strategy, where a technical error has affected odds or game outcomes, or where a bet exceeds the maximum stake limits applicable to the relevant market or game. Bets placed on cricket markets — including PSL, international tours, and domestic Pakistani leagues — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published in the betting rules section.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Real Money Balance in circumstances including: event cancellation without a result being determined, obvious pricing errors, or the occurrence of force majeure events. ep77's determination of whether a bet is void is final and binding.

All slot games and live casino games available on ep77 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee specific results for any individual gaming session. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds credited to an ep77 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds requirements, and validity period are specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically.

ep77 actively monitors bonus activity and employs pattern detection systems to identify abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, hedging bets across accounts or platforms to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, or any other conduct designed to derive financial benefit from bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay. Where bonus abuse is detected, ep77 reserves the right to void all bonuses, remove all winnings derived from those bonuses, and close the account.

ep77 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed by an eligible Player at the time of withdrawal will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of the claim.

ep77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that, for a small number of users, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ep77 account holders at no cost and accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all ep77 Services. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

🚫 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ep77 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to access or interact with ep77 Services.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in connection with criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in ep77's systems. Any suspected bugs must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against legitimate ep77 transactions.
• Accessing ep77 Services using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Any conduct intended to defraud ep77, other players, or any payment service provider associated with ep77.

All content on ep77.club, including but not limited to the ep77 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of ep77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ep77.club solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on ep77.club without the prior written consent of ep77. Any unauthorised use of ep77's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ep77 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use ep77 Services; (b) any bet or wager placed on the platform; (c) technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to ep77 Services; (d) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or (e) any action taken by ep77 in good faith pursuant to these Terms & Conditions.

ep77 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services. ep77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ep77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

🔏 11. Privacy and Data Protection

ep77 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at ep77.club/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

ep77 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of ep77.club, restricted staff access to personal data, and regular independent security audits.

✏️ 12. Amendments to These Terms

ep77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, ep77 will provide reasonable prior notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on ep77.club. Continued use of ep77 Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure that you remain aware of their current content. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using ep77 Services and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

🔴 13. Suspension and Termination

ep77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ep77.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, payment processor, or law enforcement agency.
• Detection of a duplicate account or evidence that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to breach, ep77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

You may close your ep77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending bets or open positions will be settled in accordance with applicable rules before the account is closed.

🌐 14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ep77's operating licence is issued.

In the event of a dispute between you and ep77 regarding these Terms & Conditions or any transaction on the platform, you should first contact ep77's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. ep77 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ep77's support team, you may escalate the matter to ep77's formal complaints procedure. Details of the formal complaints procedure are available upon request from [email protected]. ep77 is committed to resolving all legitimate player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on ep77.club, constitute the entire agreement between you and ep77 with respect to your use of ep77 Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
